Employee Service Limitations

Using individual services or service categories, limitations can be set for the services that an employee is able to perform. The service limitations you set will be used to restrict employees from being scheduled for certain services both through the software itself and online booking.

โ€‹Setting Employee Service Limitations

  1. Select Employees at the top of the screen.

  2. Click on the employee you wish to set service limitations for.

  3. Select the Employee Setup tab.

  4. Select Yes for service limitations.

  5. Check the box for the categories the employee can perform.

    • You can click the down arrow to the right of the category to select individual services the employee can perform

  6. Press Save once you have finished setting the services that the employee can perform.
