Select Backup & Restore > Restore Database from the File pull-down menu.
If you are sure you want to restore a copy of a database and remove what is currently in the software, click Yes on the warning message that is displayed.
Choose your desired method to restore. We recommend restoring the last recorded automatic backup if the option is available. Otherwise, select the option you prefer to use. Most people restore from a database backup file. If you choose this option, after clicking Next, you must navigate to the location of the backup file to restore.
Once you’ve determined the appropriate option, click Next or Open and your backup will restore into your software. The database information that is currently in the software will be backed up to your software's selected automatic backup location. If you are unsure of this location, select the File pull-down menu and the Backup and Restore fly-out menu. Choose Automatic Backup Settings and the location of your backup files is displayed just more than halfway down in the Location of Backup Files section.
