These instructions will help you modify the length of an appointment by changing service duration times on open tickets. Once you’ve added a service to a ticket, you can easily change the details of that service.
Create a new ticket or open an existing ticket.
On the line for the service you wish to adjust the service length for, double click in the Mins column.
Enter in the number of minutes that the service will take in this case.
Click Schedule/Leave Open to save the changes you’ve made to the appointment.
